According to the ticking clock to our right...it is only 3 days and 12 hours away......groan..or maybe yippee depending on your point of view...

Remember ITGS1 - you should have been working on your 1st portfolio ready for handing the week after next, note that all of next week we will be going through exam technique and giving yous ome practice at exam questions and using those command terms.

ITGS2 -you should have finally been finishing off Portfolio 3 and also your interviews and first draft of the extension.... make sure you work hard on this extension as time is so short you will probably only have one more time to get it up to the highest level. If you have not done your interviews.....do them ASAP.

Both ITGS 1 and 2 after the exams you can look forward to some WIKI action...

So while I am away working hard in Madrid (Awww), it will be time for you to get down to some hard work without your teacher interrupting! So here is the work to be getting on with:-

ITGS Year 1

• Complete if you haven't already done so your 'real' newspaper article ITGS triangle analysis and post to blog.
• Comment upon at least two other articles from either group, about the issue that has been raised.
• Continue filming and recording your 'In Plain' English video for your chosen area, ready for publishing and showing on the 13/11
• Begin your first portfolio Internal Assessment as outlined today - remember to email your article or link ASAP - you should have a great deal of research on the IT system, a bibliography of links, an ITGS triangle sheet brainstorm and rubric
• Read through and made notes on Chapter 5, of the CC
• Is that all? Well yes, but leave a comment on this post if you run out of work and get bored? ~

ITGS Year 2

• Finish and send me via email your final draft second portfolio - ASAP

You should have also completed the checklist in your Portfolio Guide.

• Tuesday 13th November - First Draft Portfolio 3 making sure that each of your portfolios covers a different area of impact and also you have decided on which one to extend.
• Also on the 13th November - Planning and organisation of your interviews for the Portfolio Extensions - which should include the details of the two stakeholders you will be interviewing, along with suitable questions and the way you will be interviewing them. You should have also completed the checklist in your Portfolio Guide.
